Principals
	A. Douglas Ellis, Jr., President and Owner “Our people are our most valuable asset, and we take pride in showcasing the individual members of our team.” Educated at Clark Atlanta University and Georgia Tech, Doug is experienced in every facet of systems installations. Beginning as an installer in a Haworth dealership in 1992, he has risen to be president of his own installation business. His hot button is customer care.
	Richard Gartrell, Vice President and Owner “Taking care of customers is how we must distinguish ourselves.” Rich brings a strong emphasis on serving and excellence and a wealth of business experience to OSI. He went to Wheaton College, served as a helicopter pilot in Vietnam and earned an MBA at Harvard.
	Ray Ingram, Vice President – Sales, Owner “Do it so they want us back next time.” Ray brings years of experience in sales and customer service to furniture installation and office moves. Anticipating potential problems and cutting them off contributes enormously to a smooth installation or a low-stress move.
Sales
	Carlos Cuadra Carlos has been in the office furniture installation business since 1979. Over almost 30 years he has done everything there is related to office furniture. He has run operations in a large installation company. He has owned his own installation company. Having handled an enormous range of situations, he is an encyclopedia of office furniture solutions.
	Ken Dooley Bringing perspective and a lot of experience in serving customers, Ken joined OSI from the hardware and industrial supply retail industry in 1997. Capable, responsible and reliable, Ken has supervised hundreds of installations. Now he is moving more into customer service and sales.
Operations
	Jackie Prance, Operations Manager Jackie joined our team in 2008. She schedules the jobs for our customers and coordinates losely with them to serve their needs. She schedules more than 25 installers, 5 trucks, 3 vans and a busy warehouse.
Administration
	Elise Watts, Administrator Elise joined us in mid 2010 and handles payroll, quote preparation, invoicing, collections, accounts payable, human resource details, and a number of other accounting and tax matters. She has an MBA in accounting, and is a strong addition to our team.
Field Operations
	Gary Diaz, Warehouse Manager Gary joined our team in December, 2009. Based on his attention to detail and his system implementation, he quickly rose to be warehouse manager where he makes a tremendous contribution for us by keeping track of thousands of products for hundreds of jobs. Since our trucks frequently come in late and leave early, enormous energy goes into making things run smoothly.
	Philip Davison, Warehouse Assistant Philip spends long hours in the warehouse receiving truckloads of product and loading our trucks for delivery to the various job sites. Hard working and pleasant,, he has been a great asset to our staff.
	Adam Kelley, Installation Supervisor Adam moved from Alaska to Atlanta in early 2010. He was thoroughly familiar with some product lines and has been broadening his knowledge since joining OSI.
	Alvaro Gomez, Installation Supervisor Cheerful, conscientious and thorough, Alvaro has been a welcome addition to the OSI team. He is a hard worker and he runs jobs well.
	Avery Johnson, Installation Supervisor Avery had extensive installation experience before joining our team late in 2010.
	Carmelo Betancourt, Installation Supervisor Carmelo joined us in mid 2010 and has quickly distinguished himself as an excellent supervisor. He takes wonderful care of customers while moving the installation along with efficiency and cheerfulness.
	Dale Robinson, Installation Supervisor Dale has been a most welcome addition to our team. With over 15 years experience and a natural ability to lead, he is a very valuable asset to our team and our customers.
	Edgar Lopez, Installation Supervisor Experienced in many furniture lines, Edgar specializes in the installation of used furniture and in reconfigurations. Because the furniture is not going back in the same way it came out, it frequently poses special “issues” which Edgar is skilled at managing.
	Frank Hammock, Installation Supervisor Franklin has been with us since 2006. He has extensive experience with many kinds of furniture.
	Jamere Taylor, Installation Supervisor In 2005 we received a call from a colleague in Detroit saying he had a good installer moving to Atlanta. Shortly afterward we met Jamere, and he has been a strong addition to our team.
	Misael Juarez, Installation Supervisor Misael has been with OSI since 1995. Quick, competent and cheerful, he has experience with a wide variety of panel systems and has supervised the installation of thousands of work stations.
	Omar Juarez, Installation Supervisor Joining OSI in 1998, Omar has accumulated an enormous breadth of installation experience and is growing in his skills as a foreman.
	Raul Juarez, Senior Installer Raul immigrated from El Salvador in 1982. When he could, he brought his wife and sons, Misael and Omar. He joined OSI in 1995 and knows how to do just about anything related to office furniture installation.
	Bobby Ray Mack, Installer Competent and reliable, when Bobby joined our team he brought years of experience with him. He has been a welcome addition to our staff.
	James Carter, Installer A qualified installer with years on the OSI team, James always has a smile on his face and rave reviews from clients.
	Santonio (Sam) Hawkins, Installer Sam joined us late in 2010 as we faced a growing need for new installers. He has long installation experience, and has been a valuable addition to the team.
	William Escobar, Installer William joined OSI in October of 2000. His work ethic and strong mechanical skills have made him a valuable addition to the OSI team.
	Andrew Lallerstedt, Installation Support Andrew lends his support in loading and off-loading product, staging, and generally supporting the installation work.
	Marquel (Mark) Prather, Installation Support Mark joined us recently and lends strong support to the installation crew.
	Sam Kirk, Installation Support Cheerful and eager, Sam is an enthusiastic participant on any team.
